This is helpful to those who pay a fixed monthly charge for unlimited 01... and 02... calls, but who have to pay the costs of 0845 and 0870 calls. Additionally, Hargreaves Lansdowne have pledged to continue and enhance postal and telephone services as well as their excellent on-line services. Not everyone wants, or is able, to conduct business on-line.
