Trading Standards website Type in your
postcode to locate your Local Trading Standards
Office. It also lists the wide range of
legislation controls on the supply of goods and
services. It publishes a number of advice
leaflets, e.g. on
Guarantees or Warranties, which gives examples
of your rights.
